ConsultantR. Kay Parker, CPA, CFP® earned her bachelor of science degree from Houston Baptist University and joined Fitts Roberts Kolkhorst in 1982 upon graduation. Kay’s primary focus is tax compliance and planning, working with a wide variety of individual, fiduciary and business clients. Her years of experience have emphasized the need to stay current on a variety of topics in an ever-changing tax landscape and to be an active participant in the client service team.
She is a member of the Jacksonville Kiwanis Club, and remains active with her alma mater, Houston Baptist University. Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs and the Houston Chapter of the TSCPA. She also serves on the board of the Oldham Little Church Foundation. She received a Texas Top Ten Award when she achieved her CPA in 1982 and earned the CFP® designation in 1992.
