Professional Experience

Tammy has more than 30 years of taxation experience.  She has a diverse client base including S corporations, consolidated C-corporation, partnerships, high net worth individuals, expatriates, trusts, estates and non-profit entities.  Tammy also has a broad background in state and local taxation including large multi-state clients with combined tax reporting and non-resident shareholder composite and withholding requirements.   She assists clients with the resolution of IRS and state tax department notices and audits.  
Prior to joining FRK, Tammy spent over 10 years in the large international tax firms of BDO Seidman, Ernst and Young and Deloitte.  While there, she gained valuable experience working on large multi-state publicly held companies and expatriate taxation. In addition to public accounting experience, Tammy also has experience working in the tax department of one of the largest energy companies in Wisconsin.  
Tammy graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a BBA in Finance and an MS in Accounting.  In addition, she also has her Masters of Science in Taxation and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPA’s (TXCPA).  
Tammy is married and has two adult children and a grandson.  She enjoys traveling, reading and being in nature.
